1st State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Discipline Operation Management Seminar was held on May 10th in Hangzhou, which was undertook by The State Key Lab of Fluid Power Transmission & Control, Zhejiang University and 12 machinery subject State Key Labs were invited to the seminar. Professor LIN Zhongqin, executive vice president of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Professor ZHU Di from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Professor TAN Jianrong from Zhejiang University, Professor WANG Guobiao ,vice director of National Natural Science Foundation Engineering Materials Division and other experts were invited as the distinguished guests to the seminar. Professor KANG Guozheng, director of State Key Lab of Traction Power, and Professor WANG Kaiyun, deputy director of TPL on behalf of the laboratory attended the meeting.
At the beginning, Professor YANG Huayong, director of The State Key Lab of Fluid Power Transmission & Control introduced the organization and arrangement of the seminar. Then, Professor SONG Yonghua ,executive vice president of Zhengjiang University delivered a welcoming speech.
At the meeting, directors from 12 State Key Labs of mechanical discipline introduced the general information respectively. Director KANG Guozheng from TPL made an introduction in detail on the aspect of talent team, research area, and managerial experience and puzzle.
In the end, the distinguished guests and the directors had a lively discussion in allusion to the location of State Key Labs of mechanical discipline, talent cultivation and international cooperation, and proposed valuable advice on the development and management of the State Key Labs.
