On Aug. 26, the final of "2021 Sichuan Science Popularization Explanation Contest" sponsored by Sichuan Science and Technology Department and undertaken by Sichuan Science and Technology Exchange Center, supported by Sichuan Guan News, cover news and Sichuan science popularization as media, was held in Chengdu. After fierce competition, the lab teacher Jiang Xuejiao and student Liu Shenglong won the first prize of "2021 Sichuan Science Popularization Explanation Contest" and were awarded the title of "2021 Sichuan Top Ten Excellent Science Popularization Emissary". At the same time, the student Wang Danlei won the third prize of "2021 Sichuan Science Popularization And Explanation Contest", and the SWJTU won the "Excellent Organization Award". Zhai Wanming, academician of the laboratory, was invited to attend the competition and presented awards to the winners as the award guest.
