5T superconducting magnet device refers to a magnet device made of a coil wound by a superconducting wire. In essence, it is consistent with the principle of magnetic field generated by a solenoid coil. By loading current on the coil wound, the magnetic field is generated around the solenoid coil. When a superconducting coil passes an electric current, it generates an induced magnetic field. In the low temperature superconducting state, the superconducting coil does not have the resistance loss of conventional wires, and can withstand a great current. And by changing the coil structure and the size of the current can be further change the intensity and distribution of the magnetic field. It is mainly composed of water-cooled chiller, a compression refrigerator and a superconducting magnet. The superconducting magnet device is a cylindrical body with a diameter of 300 mm and a room temperature cylindrical through hole in it.

 

Functions:

  In the process of cooling superconducting device, through the temperature monitoring software can monitor the temperature change of superconducting coil. In the magnetic field control software, the load location of magnetic field can enter the required sizes of the magnetic field. The input magnetic field of a superconducting magnet ranges from 0 T to 5 T. Superconducting magnets generate magnetic fields of varying intensity and distribution by controlling the input of electric current.

  It can realize the movement of the high temperature superconducting bulk in the upper and lower chamber of the superconducting magnet by 500 mm, and can measure the variation trend of the levitation force of the high temperature superconducting bulk in different strength fields.
