Abstract:
Railways are an efficient, convenient, and environmental-friendly way of transportation in the world. Due to the increased load capacity of railways and the shortage of labour caused by the ageing issue, the traditional railway inspection methods based on track recording vehicles can no longer meet the requirements of railway inspections. Our team has explored new inspection methods for railways, which will be introduced in this report, including the inspection methods based on DIC, GPR, InSAR and RILA.
