第26届国际车辆系统动力学学术大会(IAVSD2019)征文通知
Chalmers University is hosting the 26th IAVSD Symposium on Dynamics ofVehicles on Roads and Tracks (IAVSD2019) in Gothenburg, Sweden, 12-16 August2019.
On behalf for the International Association of Vehicle System Dynamics(IAVSD), the International Scientific Committee and the Local OrganizingCommittee, we are delighted to announce that we are now accepting extendedabstracts for IAVSD2019. The deadline for abstract submission is 20 December2018.
The venue of IAVSD2019 will be the Lindholmen Conference Centre which issituated at the Lindholmen Science Park. The area offers a stimulatingenvironment with a waterfront setting for inspirational meetings.
The conference centre's central location in Gothenburg means that it is only asix minutes bus ride from the central station, 25 minutes from Landvetterairport and in 4 minutes the Älvsnabben ferry takes you over the river intothe city centre.
Prospective authors should submit a two-page extended abstract by followingthe instructions on the IAVSD2019 website (https://iavsd2019.se/submission/).
The extended abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the InternationalScientific Committee. Authors will be notified by 8 March 2019 whether theirpaper is accepted for oral presentation or as a poster (including a three-minute presentation). Acceptance of your submission is made with theunderstanding that at least one author will attend the conference to presentthe paper.
Authors of accepted extended abstracts should provide the full text of theirpaper (4-8 pages) by 23 June 2019. Accepted papers will be distributed in theconference proceedings and will be made freely available to all registeredauthors.
After the symposium, all accepted papers will be subjected to an editorialreview for inclusion in the official conference proceedings. The proceedingswill subsequently be published in the Lecture Notes in Mobility book seriesfrom Springer. This way the conference proceedings documents the progress inthe state-of-the-art in the dynamics of road and rail vehicles and can bewidely referenced across the industry and internationally.
There are also several sponsorship and exhibition opportunities available toyour company. There are packages available that include exhibition stand areasand display facilities with the advantage of being able to speak directly withour delegates and your potential customers and clients.
